We’re excited to have you experience our recovery and wellness offerings.
Here’s everything you need to know for your first visit:
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session to check in and get settled.
• Wear comfortable sauna attire (swimsuit or light workout clothing).
• Bring Sandals
• Hydrate before your session to optimize your recovery experience.
YOUR RECOVERY SESSION
Each session lasts 50 minutes, giving you time to enjoy a variety of recovery modalities. When your session begins, step into the recovery space and explore the following offerings at your own pace:
• Red Light Therapy – Enhance cellular repair and reduce inflammation.
• Normatec Compression – Improve circulation and recovery with dynamic compression technology.
• Clearlight Infrared Sauna – Detoxify and relax with full-spectrum infrared heat.
• Cold Plunge – Reduce muscle soreness and boost circulation with cold water immersion.
• Vibration Plate – Enhance blood flow, improve circulation, and stimulate recovery.
• Stretch/Breathing Area –Engage in mindful breathwork or a light stretch.
HOUSE RULES & ETIQUETTE
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members, we ask that you observe the following:
• Rinse off in our outdoor shower before entering the cold plunge.
• Do not use Normatec boots while wet to maintain equipment safety and longevity.
• Use a towel in the sauna for cleanliness and comfort.
• Be mindful of others and maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
• Rehydrate and cool down.
• Take a moment to appreciate what you just accomplished.
